Bold By Design Terms of Service

Welcome to Bold By Design. By using our services, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping and delivery:

 

Shipping Methods:

       - If any of our items offer express shipping, it is available only within the contiguous United States and takes up to 3 days. Regular shipping is available both within the US and internationally, typically taking between 7 to 10 days. Orders shipped within the USA will typically arrive within 8-15 business days. During peak holiday seasons, pandemics, or severe inclement weather, delivery within the USA should be expected within 30 business days (note that ‘business days’ excludes weekends and holidays). International orders (outside of the USA) may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive, and during peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take up to 10 weeks to arrive.

    Production and Delivery Times:

         - Our Express Delivery service ensures production and delivery within 2-3 working days at an additional cost. This service is available for orders placed before 12 PM, with delivery expected by Wednesday or Thursday if ordered on a Monday. Orders will typically ship within 3 to 7 business days; however, during peak holiday seasons, pandemics or with severe inclement weather, it may take currently up to 20 days.

      Shipping Rates:

           - Shipping rates vary based on the shipping method and destination. Detailed shipping rates can be found on our [Shipping Rates page]( https://boldby.design)

        Liability for Delays:

             - While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier-related issues. We do not assume liability for delays, nor offer reprints or refunds due to shipping delays.

          Lost or Damaged Items:

               - In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, it's crucial to first verify the accuracy of the provided shipping address. If the address is accurate, it's advisable to check with the local post office. If the package is still not recovered, please contact our support team at info@boldby.design for further assistance. Please note that replacement or refund considerations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. Bold By Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

            International Shipping:

                 - For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or other regulatory fees that may apply. Delivery times may also be longer due to customs processing. Please also note that order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside of the USA. According to FedEx, "FedEx International Mail Service provides an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process..."

              Refused or Returned to Sender Orders:

                   - Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process. These types of returned orders are eligible for a refund for cost of goods (shipping is not refundable).
