Bold By Design Return Policy

At Bold By Design, we are dedicated to offering high-quality, fashionable apparel. We understand that there may be situations where a return or exchange is required. Our policy is crafted to ensure a fair and transparent process for both our customers and our business.

 

Return Eligibility:

  1. We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged, within 15 days from the order date.
  2. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of sizing, color, or change of mind.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@boldby.design with your order number and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is accepted.
  3. Approved returns must be sent back to our facilities within 15 days of the return approval, in the original packaging and condition.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds for approved returns will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  1. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products, for the same item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
