However, for hoodies, the shipping fee is $9.99 USD globally, with an exception for the USA, where it's only $5 USD. 2. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of sizing, color, or change of mind.

3. Approved returns must be sent back to our facilities within 15 days of the return approval, in the original packaging and condition.
